DontTrackMe — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of the DontTrackMe browser extension and the DontTrackMe Pro license. DontTrackMe is operated by iconumLabs, Spain ("we"). Contact: privacy@donttrackme.site.

By installing the extension or buying a license, you agree to these terms.

1. The extension

DontTrackMe detects, and with Pro blocks, email open-tracking and link-tracking in Gmail. It runs in your browser; how it handles data is explained in our privacy policy.

DontTrackMe is not affiliated with Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. Plans and trial

3. Purchases and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown at checkout in your currency, with taxes included where applicable. Pro is available as:

4. Your license

A Pro license is personal. You may use it in up to 3 browsers at the same time, and you can release a browser from Settings to use the license in another one.

You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license checks.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription, or from the link in your Paddle receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for; then the extension moves to Free.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the extension, for example when Gmail changes. We will try to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee that it detects every tracking method, or that it keeps working if Google changes Gmail.

If we change our prices, the change applies to new purchases and, for subscriptions, from your next renewal after we tell you.

If we ever stop offering DontTrackMe Pro, we will give at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Lifetime licenses will keep working with the last version of the extension for as long as browsers support it.

7. Warranty and liability

The extension is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be error-free or block every tracker. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the extension or by email before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
